Most Shopify stores discover inventory problems too late.

Shopify tells you what is in stock. It does not tell you what is about to run out.

Stockouts

Your best seller runs out on a Friday evening. You find out on Monday, from a customer. Every day out of stock is revenue that went to someone else.

Lost revenue

A stockout does not just pause sales — it burns ad spend on pages that cannot convert and pushes loyal customers to try a competitor.

Manual spreadsheets

Exporting CSVs and eyeballing reorder points works at 30 products. At 300, something always slips through — and it is usually the product that sells fastest.

Your inventory intelligence layer.

StockPulse sits on top of your Shopify store. Every day, it analyzes your stock levels and sales velocity, scores every product, and tells you which ones need attention — before the shelf is empty.

01
Automatic analysis
Connects to your store and analyzes every product, every time you open it. Nothing to configure.
02
Risk detection
Each product gets a risk level — healthy, watch, or critical — based on how many days of stock remain at its current sales pace.
03
Inventory health score
One number for your whole catalog, so you know in five seconds whether today needs your attention.

The ring is the whole catalogue in one number. The dark card is what a stockout would cost you over thirty days. Everything below is ranked by that cost — not by date.

Know what will happen to your inventory before it happens.

Every product carries its own projection: the pace it actually sells at, the day it runs out, and the day you have to order so it never does.

Built to monitor, predict, and inform.

No urgency widgets, no countdown timers. StockPulse is an analysis tool for merchants who run their store on data.

F-01

Automatic inventory analysis

Status: shipped

Every product, every time you open it. StockPulse reads your catalog, stock levels and last 30 days of orders, then recalculates every risk estimate on the spot — a 500-product catalog takes seconds.

F-02

Smart stock risk detection

Status: shipped

Risk is measured in days of stock remaining, not units. 400 units of a fast seller can be riskier than 12 units of a slow one — StockPulse sees the difference.

F-03

Sales velocity calculation

Status: shipped

Velocity is computed from your last 30 days of orders and updated daily, so seasonal spikes and slowdowns show up in your forecast — not three weeks later.

F-04

Daily inventory reports

Status: shipped

A morning email with your stock alerts: what is critical, what to watch, and the single most urgent product. Read it in 20 seconds, then get on with your day. Nothing is sent on days when no product is at risk — most mornings the answer is “nothing”, and that is the point.

One plan. Your whole catalogue.

No product cap, no feature tiers. StockPulse analyzes everything you sell — a health score computed on a slice of your catalogue would not mean anything.

Frequently asked questions

Does StockPulse modify my inventory?

No. StockPulse only analyzes your data and provides insights.

Does it replace Shopify?

No. It adds intelligence on top of Shopify.

Does StockPulse place orders or suggest quantities?

No. Estimates are based on your last 30 days of sales, and the reorder decision stays entirely yours. StockPulse informs — it does not decide for you.

How long before estimates are reliable?

Each product needs about 14 days of sales history. Newer products are marked as “building history” until their estimate is ready.

What is shipped today, and what is not?

Shipped: the dashboard, per-product pages with the stockout projection, the full product list, CSV export, adjustable thresholds, and the daily email. Not yet: historical trends and multi-store. We would rather tell you than let you find out.

Is there a free plan?

No — a 7-day free trial, then one plan at $19 a month. A free tier would have to cap the number of products analyzed, and that breaks the two numbers StockPulse exists to give you: the health score is a share of your catalogue, and locked capital is a total across it. Measured on ten arbitrary products, neither means anything. We would rather charge once than show you a figure you cannot trust.

Is my catalogue too large?

No. Every product and variant is analyzed, whatever the count — StockPulse reads your catalogue in a single background operation rather than page by page, so a 5,000-product store is treated exactly like a 50-product one.

Know before you run out.

The day StockPulse opens, your first inventory analysis is ready before your coffee is. Free for seven days, whatever the size of your catalogue.
